How it works
You have probably been through an implementation that promised the world and delivered a year of meetings. Here is exactly how this one runs: what we pull in, what we need from you, and what happens after you go live.
Week 1
Conversation & scope
Weeks 2–4
Your system takes shape
Weeks 4–6
Data across, team in
Live
In use, and we stay close
No discovery phase that bills for six weeks before anything exists. You see your system early and react to something real.
STAGE 1
A working session, not a sales call. We walk through how work arrives, how it moves, who touches it, where it stalls, and which spreadsheets are quietly holding the operation together. We agree what your first version covers and what waits.
From you: a couple of hours from whoever knows the work, and copies of the critical spreadsheets.
STAGE 2
Email, calendar, accounting, files and whatever else the business runs on get connected, and the system is configured and renamed until it matches your process and uses your language. AI is set up as part of this, not later. You review it running with your own words in it, and we adjust.
From you: a short review each week. Honest reactions, not written specifications.
STAGE 3
Migration from the old systems and the spreadsheets is part of going live, not an extra project with its own quote. Your team is trained in their own system, which is a short conversation rather than a course, because it already looks like their work.
From you: access to the current systems, and someone to confirm the data looks right.
STAGE 4
Businesses change, so systems have to. After go-live you keep direct access to the founder and the team, not a ticket queue, and the system keeps being adjusted as the way you work moves. This is the part most implementations abandon.
From you: tell us what is annoying you. That is the whole process.
Weeks
A typical deployment is measured in weeks, not quarters. Live and in use inside a quarter.
Included
Migration, automation and AI are part of getting you live. Not tiers, not add-ons, not later invoices.
Yours
Your data stays yours and stays exportable. Hosted in Australia, built in Perth.
No demo script, no scheduler, no sales sequence. You talk to the people who would build it.
