AI in CentrIQ
Included in every environment, from day one. Not a feature, not a tier, not something we upsell once you are hooked. It works because it finally has the whole business in one place to work with.
What it actually does
Described plainly, because everyone is claiming this right now and the detail is the only thing that separates real from noise.
DRAFTING
Customer emails, updates, quotes and summaries come written, in context, with the record attached. You read it and send it.
CHECKING
Incoming paperwork is checked against what it should say. Discrepancies are flagged with the two lines that disagree.
CHASING
Overdue work, unanswered requests and approaching obligations get chased without anyone remembering to.
TRIAGING
Three hundred emails a day become a sorted queue against the right client, with the exceptions pulled to the top.
REPORTING
The monthly pack produces itself from live data. Nobody spends a Friday building it.
MOVING WORK
When a condition is met the work moves, scheduled, invoiced, closed, under rules you set.
The approval model
Nothing that touches a customer sends itself. The AI prepares the work and puts it in front of the person accountable for it. Your job stops being to do the admin and starts being to approve it.
The draft, the check, the summary, the report, with the source it used sitting next to it.
Approve, edit or reject. Rejections teach the rules, so the queue gets shorter over time.
Who approved what, when, and what went out. The audit trail is not an add-on.
Where your data goes
Your data is not sent to a public model, is not used to train anything, and does not leave your environment. It stays hosted in Australia, and it stays yours.
This matters more than the capability for most of the businesses we talk to, so it is worth being blunt about: the reason we can run AI across the whole business is that the whole business is already inside one system we control. There is nothing to ship out.
No tier, no add-on, no later invoice. Tell us where the admin is eating your week and we will show you what it looks like handled.
